 Just a little over 100 years ago there lived a proud people whose horsemanship, bravery, cunning leadership and colorful regalia captured the imagination of the world. They lived in harmony with nature. They believed in spiritual forces of the universe as revealed in mystical visions. The fringe on the bow cover and arrow quiver moved in the wind and helped push the warrior along with the force of the wind. Its decorative touches was usually contributed by a loving wife or relative. "Non Indian made" A reproduced artifact from yester year. This bow, quiver and arrows were hand made for decorative purposes. The beautiful dark buckskin quiver with lengthy fringe, trimmed with elk horn buttons, and medicine wheel is a striking cover for the 24" bone arrow heads. The bow is wrapped in dark buckskin and trimmed with buckskin braid and elk horn buttons ready to hang in your Den, Office or that special space you have saved for the wild wild west. Imitation Eagle feathers hang at each end of the bow for power and freedom of the highest flier in the sky. The length of the bow is 45", the quiver is 28" by 5-1/2". Due to the hand made nature of our artifacts, slight variations may occur from piece to piece. When the Indians had these bows and the white man had single - shot rifles, the Indians had superior firepower. They could fire four arrows before the first one reached its mark.
